The entrance door (width 1 m) has an electric opening mechanism that works with a button (picture 2).

The premises of House of Text are located on the first, fourth and sixth floors of the building. Each floor has an accessible toilet, detailed information below.

When entering the lobby, there is a floor sign board directly in front of the door. The stairwell and elevator lobby are located behind the door on the left side of the lobby (viewed from the main entrance, picture 3). The width of the door is 87 cm (can be opened to 110cm) and the height of the threshold is 2 cm. The door has an electronic opening mechanism that works with a button.

On the 1st floor, access to the premises of House of Text is through a heavy door (87cm, can be opened to 110cm, picture 6). The treshold height is 2. A ramp (lenght 40cm, height 4cm) leads to the door. The door does not have an electronic opening mechanism.

Venues on the 1st floor include event space Permantosali, meeting room Kabinetti, and Bar tÿpo. There is an accessible toilet on the 1st floor, more detailed information below.

The event space Permantosali is located on the 1st floor. Access to Permantosali is through two doors (picture 7). The width of the doors is 80 cm (can be opened to 110cm). The tresholds are 2cm high. The first door leads to a corridor, and the door to Permantosali is at the end of the corridor on the left.

The door to Permantosali is at the end of the corridor on the left side (picture 8). The width of the door is 80 cm (can be opened to 110 cm), and the treshold is 2 cm high.

Alternative route to Permantosali goes through Bar Tÿpo, located on the first floor. The route goes through two doors (picture 9). Both doors are 80 cm wide (can be opened to 110 cm), tresholds are 2 cm high.

Seating in Permantosali (picture 10) is at floor level. The seating consists of movable chairs, so space for a wheelchair can be arranged in the front, side, or back of the room, depending on the needs.

There is no induction loop in the space.

The stage is 3m x 3m in size, and its height is 28 cm. A movable wheelchair ramp is available for access to the Permantosali stage. Ramp's length is 180 cm, width 76 cm, load capacity 300 kg, and the angle of the slope is 12 degrees.

Kabinetti (picture 11) is a meeting room on the first floor of House of Text. The width of the door is 80 cm. The treshold's height is 2,5 cm, and there is a ramp inside the space. There is no induction loop in the space.

There is an accessible toilet on every floor of House of Text.

The door of the accessible toilet on the first floor is 90 cm wide and has a 1 cm high threshold. There is 90 cm of free space on the left side of the toilet seat. There is 84 cm of free space on the right side. The distance between the toilet seat and the basin is 78 cm. The handrails are attached to the toilet seat. There is 1.5 m of free space in the space for turning (picture 19).
